Hola!

I'm Joumana, a design strategist, certified organisational coach (PCC), and educator. I design experiences where people learn together, collaborate across difference, and navigate change with confidence.

With 20+ years in design consultancy, coaching, and education, I work at the intersection of how organisations think and how they feel. I'm driven by three questions: How do we design the conditions for people to learn and grow? What rituals help teams stay grounded through uncertainty? How do we create collaboration that feels human and honest?

I work with action-oriented leaders across four languages (English, Spanish, French, Arabic), helping teams from Madrid to Dubai build trust, resolve conflict, and cultivate resilience.
